‘My Name Is Earl’ Season Four Trailer

Here’s a trailer for Season Four of My Name Is Earl. In addition to the usual trailer-trashy suspects, the footage shows upcoming guest stars Seth Green and Jenna Elfman, the second of whom I wrote about back in June.
Jenna plays a perky coach from a cheer academy, and the description obviously suits her character perfectly, judging from how chipper she is in the brief few seconds we see her in the promo. More likely than not, she’s going to annoy the hell out of me, too.
The fourth season of My Name Is Earl opens on Thursday, September 25, with an hourlong, double-episode beginning at 8pm EST. Check out the trailer after the jump.
Jenna Elfman Gig on ‘My Name Is Earl’

E! reports that former Dharma and Greg star Jenna Elfman is currently hard at work filming a guest-star role on an upcoming fourth-season episode of My Name Is Earl.
If the website is correct, the perky actress plays a coach from a cheer academy — as in cheerleaders — and she’ll even have a flashback scene to when she was the gal every guy wanted.
Anyone hoping for a Hickey-Elfman hookup, though, should know it’s probably a little too early for that. The same article also states there’s no hint of any hank panky going on between the title character and Elfman’s.
Too bad…
