The BBC has announced an exciting development. As of yesterday, April 29, U.S. television fans can purchase and download several hit BBC America titles at the iTunes Store for the first time ever.
The three shows available thus far are the award-winning comedy Little Britain, the folklore drama Robin Hood, and the science-fiction Doctor Who spinoff Torchwood.
Robin Hood just premiered its second season on BBC America last Saturday, and new episodes of the current season will be available at iTunes 24 hours after they debut on the cable network. Episodes of all three titles will cost a standard $1.99 …read more
