Next on ‘Greek’: From Rushing with Love
April 6, 2009 by Chandra
The April 6 fresh episode of ABC Family’s Greek is called “From Rushing with Love.”
Of note is the fact that it was directed by Wonder Years child star Fred Savage, now 32, who has taken a directorial seat behind the camera on a number of comedy-centric television series on various networks in the last few years, including ABC’s Ugly Betty, CBS’ Worst Week, FX’s It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Starz’s Party Down, TBS’ My Boys, and The CW’s defunct Aliens in America. The guy is definitely getting around and building an impressive résumé in the process.

Greek: ‘Hell Week’ Mideason Finale Preview
The big day has finally arrived: the first half of Greek’s sophomore run closes tonight with the midseason finale “Hell Week.”
Special guest star Lauren Conrad of MTV’s The Hills, playing herself, advises Casey in a dream sequence when the sorority girl faces a dilemma about how to spend her summer. The eager pledges, including determined Rusty, also must endure one last challenge, the title Hell Week, to gain entry to their house of choice.
Follow the jump for six sneak peeks at the episode.
Greek: 2.08 ‘The Popular Vote’ Preview
Geesh! Time is flying, and “Hell Week,” aka Greek’s second-midseason finale, is just two weeks and two episodes away after the October 14 episode “The Popular Vote” airs.
Since time is a bit skewed on the series, fans should keep in mind that Hell Week also marks the end of the school year for the CRU students, although it’s only the end of October for us.
Coming up tomorrow, Frannie gets down and dirty with Casey as Zeta Beta Zeta’s presidential election draws nearer, and — bless her strong, catty soul — Casey gives as good as she gets.

Greek: 2.04 ‘Gays, Ghosts and Gamma Rays’ Preview
September 16, 2008 by Chandra
Greek gets a little mysterious on the next episode called “Gays, Ghosts and Gamma Rays,” and, of course, Cappie has something to do with that.
Kappa Tau Gamma’s president grows concerned that his persistent Little Brother Rusty will figure out the identity of Josh Whopper when Rusty begins a project researching the fraternity’s activities. Who (or what) exactly is Josh Whopper? Well, Greek ain’t sayin’ yet, so I’ve no clue.
Elsewhere, Casey trains her eye on Rusty’s new RA Max, while Ashleigh and Calvin have a few unforgettable experiences at a local bar that caters to the area’s gay population.

Greek: 2.03 ‘Let’s Make A Deal’ Previews
September 9, 2008 by Chandra
Nice! Not only did I manage to find a standard TV-style promo for tonight’s episode of Greek called “Let’s Make A Deal,” but someone also posted a ninety-second sneak peek at a scene that I’ve grabbed.
The longer preview shows Cappie getting some mileage — literally — out of a few Kappa Tau pledges. It looks like his car broke down, and he’s requiring the poor guys to push the vehicle along. That can’t be fun, and now it all makes sense why Rebecca tries to give him money to buy a new car.

Greek: 2.2 ‘Crush Landing’ Recap
September 4, 2008 by Chandra
Original Air Date: September 2, 2008
As the so-called Senior Stockades and Crush Party roll around, the Cartwright siblings continue to experience their own fair share of difficulties on this episode of Greek.
If it isn’t Rusty seriously questioning his choice of major, super-nerdy Honors Engineering, when he grows bored with an advanced seminar in polymers, then it’s Casey stubbornly (and very slowly) processing her anger at Frannie for tonguing her ex Evan in public. Casey then must struggle with the realization that her latest potential lover is also Ashleigh’s long lost Hot Ness Monster from Spring Break.
