Urkel Returns on ‘Psych’
“High Top Fade Out,” the September 25 episode of USA Network’s hit crime dramedy Psych, is destined to be a standout because it features extra-special guest star Jaleel White, probably best known to sitcom fans everywhere as unforgettable Steven “Steve” Quincy Urkel on the 1989–1998 series Family Matters.
Now 32-years-old, White plays Tony, an estranged college friend of Gus enlisted to reform their old singing group when the fourth member is murdered.

Comedy Centric just has to give a big shout-out to Breaking Bad star Bryan Cranston.
As the photo above shows, during the September 20th 2009 Primetime Emmy Awards, the veteran of the long-running Fox sitcom Malcolm in the Middle received his second Best Lead Drama Actor Emmy in a row for his hit AMC dark dramedy. Excellent!
And in case fans are wondering, both Breaking Bad and Cranston’s mesmerizing character Walter White will return for a much-deserved third season of 13 episodes in 2010.

May 31, 2009 by Arieanna
It’s time! Viewers are just hours away from the 10pm ET second-season finale of AMC’s Breaking Bad.
The episode, which was written by series creator Vince Gilligan, is called “ABQ.” As Season Two winds down, Skyler becomes increasingly frustrated with Walt’s secrecy, Jesse’s spiral downward continues, and Donald experiences a tragedy.
Follow the jump for a sneak peek that focuses on the Whites’ secrecy issue when drugged-up Walt reveals something to his wife he normally wouldn’t while she and Walt Jr. are visiting him in the hospital before his surgery. Watch how fast that smile falls right off of …read more
Make a Date with ‘Pushing Daisies’
May 29, 2009 by Chandra
I know — Saturday night isn’t exactly a time for television. But, when one of the medium’s recent most beloved yet short-lived shows returns to air the final three episodes of its second and final season, fans should definitely consider staying home for the occasion.
The time to tune in to ABC tomorrow night (May 30) for Pushing Daisies’ last original run is 10pm ET. A special treat during the first episode up, “Window Dressed to Kill,” consists of guest stars Richard Benjamin (Love at First Bite) and George Segal (Just Shoot Me!), who play the characters Jerry and Buster, …read more
Reaper: ‘The Devil and Sam Oliver’ Finale Tonight
May 26, 2009 by Chandra
It’s time to say goodbye to the second season of The CW’s Reaper tonight during the season finale “The Devil and Sam Oliver.”
Although the network has canceled the series in order to offer teenage girls shows that focus on way more entertaining stuff — you know, like models and rich folks — there’s a chance CW affiliates may keep Reaper alive to air on Sunday nights. If that happens, I’ll be among the first to post an update.
During tonight’s episode, Sam and his daddy The Devil go head to head in battle following Nina’s (Jenny Wade) delivery from Hell, …read more
Breaking Bad: ‘Phoenix’ Preview
May 24, 2009 by Chandra
Continue after the jump for a sneak peek at tonight’s brand-new episode of Breaking Bad called “Phoenix.” Preview photos are in an earlier post, and there’s just one more episode left in Season Two after this one.
The clip features Jesse calling Walt to let him know about a problem with their drug supply, only to have Walt react in a completely unexpected way. Will Jesse even make it to Season Three with his continuing “issues”? Probably, but still — the dude needs to get it together.
“Phoenix,” written by John Shiban and directed by Colin Bucksey, premieres tonight, …read more
Breaking Bad: ‘Phoenix’ in Photos
Holiday or not — tomorrow, May 25, is the national holiday Memorial Day in the United States — AMC plans to go on with the show tonight when it comes to its breakout hit Breaking Bad. I don’t blame the network in the least. When a show is this darn good it needs to come on no matter what, not to mention that the Season Two finale is just one week away.
During the next-to-last second-season episode “Phoenix,” the latest adventures of industrious drug-making high school chemistry teacher Walt White find his family expanding as his also hard-working son …read more
Burn Notice: Jeffrey and Gabrielle Season 3 Photos
USA Network’s hot spy dramedy Burn Notice opens its 16-episode third season on Thursday, June 4, exactly two weeks from today.
How cool is that?! Well, almost as cool as the rare photo above showing ace axed spook Michael Westen flat out smiling. With teeth showing!
Keep on going to check out a few cast photos of Burn Notice star Jeffrey Donovan, also known as Michael, and his lovely colleague Gabrielle Anwar, who plays fierce, danger-loving spygirl/backup/butt kicker Fiona Glenanne, of course.
You know a show rocks when the supporting cast is just as bad as the lead. Can’t wait …read more
Next on NBC: Chuck Versus the Third Season
Oh, yeah! Variety reports that NBC has done one thing right in recent weeks and is poised to sign on the dotted line to give fan-favorite spy dramedy Chuck a Season Three renewal.
The pickup comes with the typical disclaimer about tighter budgets, lower ratings, and blah blah blah. Such details are customary nowadays as broadcast networks are forced to realize that, hey, most people have cable TV, too, not to mention computers, Internet access, iPods, DVD players, and so on and so forth. We are no longer your Nielsen slaves, dudes!
Excellent news about that Intersect guy, though, …read more
Breaking Bad: ‘Mandala’ Preview
May 17, 2009 by Chandra
Like a Breaking Bad sneak peek to go with those “Mandala” preview photos? If so, just hop over the jump to get it while it’s hot.
The footage shows Saul making Walt and Jesse an offer they may not be able to refuse: hooking them up with an unknown “businessman” interested in helping their “business” by buying their “business product” in large supply.
I don’t know… Sounds hinky to me, and when I look at that Saul, all I see is sleaze. Don’t do it, Walt!
“Mandala” premieres tonight, May 17, at 10pm ET.
