Next on ‘Better Off Ted’: Battle of the Bulbs

CSI: Miami and ER alumna Khandi Alexander guest stars on “Battle of the Bulbs,” the new December 22 episode of Better Off Ted.
Alexander plays Stella Clifton, Lem’s intimidating, gorgeous, and brainy mother, who happens to be an accomplished scientist also.
When she arrives in town, she gets busy immediately having an affair with Dr. Bhamba (The Knights of Prosperity’s Maz Jobrani), while her son goes crazy.
Elsewhere, Ted isn’t too happy when Linda receives all of the recognition for HIS brilliant idea, namely a light bulb that never burns out.
Better Off Ted airs Tuesdays on ABC at 9:30pm ET.
