Coming up next on Showtime’s rookie hit Nurse Jackie is the July 27 episode “Pupil.” Once again we have another installment brought to lucky viewers courtesy of film actor and director Steve Buscemi (Fargo).

Jackie is stumped by a little thing called hypocrisy when she decides to confront a new temporary nurse after realizing he’s abusing drugs.
Mrs. Akalitus (Anna Deavere Smith) copes with an infant abandoned at the hospital.
And Coop tells Eddie that Jackie has a child. Hope she doesn’t kick his butt for that revelation.
This week’s preview clips are Miotic Pupils (Jackie and Zoey discuss when the hospital is low on nurses) and Time Him (no description available). Too bad I can’t embed them below, however, because Showtime’s video player is acting up. Maybe things will be back to normal next week.
