Meet the Browns: First-Season Finale Tonight

It’s been an excellent trial run for Tyler Perry’s new TBS sitcom Meet the Browns. So, although tonight brings the last two episodes of the comedy’s first season, the huge upside is that the network has already ordered 80 more episodes.
At 10pm EST is the brand-new installment “Meet the Truth“: After Cora and Russell start dating, Brown becomes concerned that Cora will fall in love with Russell and leave him alone. To save Russell from that fate, Brown gives him the third degree and scares Russell away.
Then, following at 10:30pm, is the season finale “Meet the Future“: When Brianna gets suspended after acting out at school, Will and Carmen try to help resolve her issues. Elsewhere, a group of geeky frat boys are forced to work at Brown’s home as punishment for stealing Pop Brown’s portrait.
Tyler Perry’s Meet the Browns airs Wednesdays on TBS at 10pm and 10:30pm EST.
