Tina Fey and Amy Poehler Do It Again on ‘SNL’

It was like déjà vu on Saturday Night Live last night.
This time, however, Amy Poehler portrays CBS News anchor Katie Couric, not New York Senator Hillary Clinton, while Tina Fey reprises her unforgettable impersonation of quickly deflating Republican Vice President candidate and Alaska Governor Sarah Palin.
The skit parodies Palin’s recent disastrous interview with Couric, only her second Q&A of the current critical presidential campaign (!), and once again, both comediennes aim, shoot, and score big time.
Check out the segment (again) after the jump for a nice dose of election political humor. It’s great to see funnywomen rockin’ the comedy stuff so darn well, especially on a show that really needs that.
And, just for comparison and extra background, I’ve also included the now infamous Palin-Couric session that has tons of dumbfounded people, myself included, scratching their head in bewilderment and wondering how this particular piece of U.S. history is going to end.

Real Reason why McCain chose Palin : Sexist and condescending

Also his poor record of voting against equal pay for women and opposing Equal Roles for Women in the Military should be the business of American women voters.
Real Reason why McCain running for President in his own words

NOT SURE WHICH OF THESE IS FUNNIER…
Both are funny and extremely scary. The first because Tina Fey channels Sarah spot on. The second because this nice hockey mom could end up President (because of McCain’s health) in a very unfriendly time and world without the necessary qualifications. Scary but would make a really zany movie! How did Katie Couric keep it together??!! I’m going to write her in and vote for HER!!!
It is true, scary in every sense of the way. Especially the way she plans to display “diplomacy”
