‘Psych’ Spreads Its Wings with Steven Weber

When the USA dramedy Psych returns this summer, at least one episode will feature Steven Weber, a sitcom veteran (Cursed, Wings) who also has tons of experience in dramatic TV roles (Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip, Once and Again), not to mention feature films (The Moguls) and Broadway (The Producers).

TV Guide reports that the actor, most recently seen on television as Graham Finch on the ABC drama Brothers & Sisters, will guest star on an August episode of Psych as Jack Spencer, the brother of Shawn Spencer’s father Henry. For some reason, I have no trouble imagining Weber as Shawn’s uncle, especially considering his arrival will involve nonsense like hidden treasure and a race to find it first. Should be the usual good times, mixed with just an itty bit of stupid.
