Carpoolers: 1-22-08, 1-29-08, and 2-5-08 Spoilers
Well, Woo-Hoo!
Carpoolers fans have an exciting three weeks of original episodes ahead to look thankfully forward to, starting with this Tuesday’s “First Fight” and followed by January 29th’s “The Handsomest Man” and February 5th’s “The Recital.”
This development means the sitcom is well on its way to airing every single last one of the thirteen episodes ordered and produced before the darn writers strike began. The three mentioned here bring the total number of aired episodes to ten, meaning there will be just three left on the shelf after the first week of February.
I have complete confidence now that ABC will eventually get around to broadcasting those, too, given the network’s scheduling of so many consecutive fresh installments. Unfortunately for those comedy lovers who also liked Cavemen, the newbie that originally preceded Carpoolers on Tuesday nights, there’s still not the slightest hint it will ever return. Of course, silence doesn’t prove anything. But, in the case of shows pulled before their run was completed, it certainly isn’t encouraging.
