Fox Sitcoms Going on Hiatus

Tonight’s repeat installments of Back to You and ‘Til Death on Fox will mark the last opportunity fans will have to watch the shows’ current seasons on the small screen until the end of February for Back to You and mid-March for ‘Til Death.
Why? Because that reality juggernaut called American Idol begins its seventh season next Tuesday, January 15, and it will take over the sitcoms’ regular time slots when it does.
Even when the comedies do return, however, they’ll air only sporadically. Catch them while you can tonight with the following replays. At least we’re getting two episodes of each series to help say a proper temporary goodbye.
- 8pm—Back to You: Gracie’s Bully
Chuck and Kelly must deal with the bully bothering Gracie at school.
[Original Air Date: 14 Nov 2007] - 8:30pm—Back to You: Something’s Up There
Gracie’s birthday party is threatened by a mean raccoon.
[Original Air Date: 7 Nov 2007] - 9pm—‘Til Death: No More Mr. Vice Guy
Jeff becomes acting principal at the school.
[Original Air Date: 28 Nov 2007] - 9:30pm—‘Til Death: Everybody Digs Doug

You bet, Liz, and it looks as if there’ll be no end in sight. It’s so, so very, very sad.
