Host Your Own ‘Lipstick Jungle’ Advance Pilot Screening
To ramp up support for the forthcoming Candace Bushnell dramedy Lipstick Jungle starring Brooke Shields, Kim Raver, and Lindsay Price, NBC is giving one exceedingly lucky fan the opportunity to win enough swag to host his or her very own advance screening of the series’ very first episode on January 31. The show premieres for the general public nine days later, on February 7.
All you have to do to take part in the contest is visit the Lipstick Jungle House Party website and click one of the (many) “Apply” buttons to enter. If fate is on your side, you’ll receive:
- A collector’s edition DVD, featuring the full pilot episode of Lipstick Jungle
- Maybelline New York cosmetics, including the new VolumeXL Seduction Lip Plumper, for both you and your guests
- A cosmetic bag and surprise show-inspired gifts
- A chance to win a trip to New York City, complete with a Maybelline New York makeover and shopping money

I haven’t heard much about this, but Kim Raver was really good on 24. I think I might enter the contest just for the heck of it.

Believe me, Liz, the promotions will get heavy around the time of the premiere in early February, especially if the show’s main competition, ABC’s Cashmere Mafia, does reasonably well.
Good luck if you enter the contest. I would, too, except I already know I’m going to be glued to the tube watching the return of Lost on January 31.
