‘Samantha Who?’ Saturday Mini-Marathon
Listen up, Christina Applegate fans. If you live in an area where programming won’t be preempted by the historic NFL game between the New England Patriots and the New York Giants, you’ll probably be able to watch a four-episode mini-marathon of Samantha Who? on ABC tonight. As an East Coast resident, I’m not so fortunate, and unlike the last time the network aired an encore of Samantha on the same night as a football game featuring the local team, there won’t be a wee-morning rescheduling.
If you live in an exempt television market, however, between 8pm and 10pm EST, your ABC affiliate will mostly likely be featuring the following four episodes from the very beginning of Samantha Who?’s current season. Lucky you!
- 8pm: Pilot
Meet Samantha Newly, amnesiac and former beyotch.
[Original Air Date: 15 Oct 2007] - 8:30pm: The Job
Samantha returns to work.
[Original Air Date: 22 Oct 2007] - 9pm: The Wedding
Samantha crashes a former friend’s nuptials.
[Original Air Date: 29 Oct 2007] - 9:30pm: The Virgin
Samantha wants sex since she can’t remember ever having any.
[Original Air Date: 5 Nov 2007]

Yeah, I’m on the east coast now, so everything gets pre-empted. EVERYTHING. I’m just not used to it, and it’s wigging me out.

Believe me, I totally feel your pain, Liz. The good news is that you’ll probably get used to the funky scheduling soon enough–I eventually did, hard as it was.
