CHRIS JOINS THE SCHOOL NEWSPAPER
With no extracurricular activities to his name, Chris (Tyler James Williams) decides to join the writing staff of the school newspaper. However, when his writing skills fail to impress, Chris concocts a fictitious story about a serial killer loose on the streets of Bed-Stuy, which eventually finds its way to the local Brooklyn paper and causes quite a panic within the community.

JUSTIN COMPETES WITH RAJA
Justin (Dan Byrd) is looking forward to serving on the Homecoming Junior Float committee, where his idea for the previous year’s float was a big hit. However, when Raja (Adhir Kalyan) innocently questions Justin’s new idea for a float and the committee chooses Raja’s idea over Justin’s, a feud begins between the two friends.
Meanwhile, Franny (Amy Pietz) secretly tries on Claire’s (Lindsey Shaw) new, sexy Homecoming dress, which Gary (Scott Patterson) finds irresistible. When he learns that the revealing dress belongs to Claire, however, he forbids her to wear it out of the house.
Aliens in America airs Mondays on The CW at 8:30pm EST.

RETAIL THERAPY
Joan (Tracee Ellis Ross) is convinced that Maya (Golden Brooks) is not coping with the recent loss of her baby, and decides a little retail therapy will help her recover. While shopping, Maya finds out it is really Joan who needs the therapy when she has a breakdown about Aaron (Richard T. Jones) being away in Iraq.
Later, when Monica (Keesha Sharp) tells William (Reggie Hayes) that she is pregnant, his response is less than she desired.

MOVING OUT AND MOVING IN
Tasha (Wendy Raquel Robinson) gives Melanie (Tia Mowry) one month to find a new place and move out of her house. When Derwin (Pooch Hall) calls Melanie’s parents to tell them about their break-up, Melanie gets upset and admits that that she slept with Trey Wiggs and borrowed money from him to pay for medical school.
Later, Jason (Coby Bell) has trouble performing in the bedroom, triggering Kelly (Brittany Daniel) to suspect that he is cheating, and Dionne (guest star Shanti Lowry) offers Melanie a place to live.
The Game airs Mondays on The CW at 9:30pm EST.
