Comedy Talk: It’s a ‘30 Rock’ World
And Tina Fey rules it, too!
Tonight/tomorrow morning at 12:37am EST, the former Saturday Night Live head writer turned recent Best Comedy Series Emmy winner will appear on Late Night With Conan O’Brien, presumably to discuss the second season of her sitcom baby 30 Rock. It premieres Thursday night at 8:30pm.
Obviously working as many of the New York-based, NBC chat shows into her busy schedule as she can, Fey will follow up her Conan appearance Thursday morning with a visit to Live with Regis and Kelly. Should be fun.
Meanwhile, the best thing on 30 Rock, Sir Alec Baldwin, will be joining the best thing on late-night TV, Sir David Letterman, at 11:35pm tonight on NBC’s Late Show with David Letterman. See, because Fey can’t do ‘em all. Should be lots of fun.
Last but certainly not least, New Jersey’s very own Kevin Smith—who directed the pilot of The CW’s very, very funny Reaper, you know—is scheduled to sit down with CBS’ Craig Ferguson at 12:37am tonight/early tomorrow on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson. It’s not too much of a stretch to predict that there’ll be some fun there, as well.
